8. Removing from service and storage
The hoist
Never release the load from the hoist if this load is not supported properly
The hoist maybe be stored without load providing it is placed indoors in a cool, dry place.
The control cable being fitted with a plug in connector, it is possible to disconnect the pendant control from the hoist or the hoist with
trolley to prevent the hoist to be use by an unqualified person

Set it to "on" position
Desactivate the emergency stop
Check all the electrical connections
Move in the opposite direction
and adjust the limit switch
Call in an approved engineer
Change the fuse and check the electrical
