6. INSTALLING THE THERMOMETER

Parts Required:
1 x Thermometer (#6)
Installation:
• Remove the pre-installed nut from the thermometer. Insert the
thermometer into the hole provided on the top of the lid of the main
barrel, then secure by re-installing the nut from the inside. Rotate the
thermometer so the text is level and upright.

7. ASSEMBLING THE SIDE SHELF

Parts Required:
1 x Side Shelf (#18)
2 x Side Shelf Supports (#10)
1 x Corner Shelf (#19)
7 x Screw (#A)
7 x Locking Washer (#B)
7 x Washer (#C)
Installation:
• Turn the side shelf upside down. Install the side shelf supports onto the
side shelf using four washers, locking washers, and screws. Note 7A.
• Next, assemble the corner shelf onto the side shelf using three washers,
locking washers and screws. Note illustration 7B.

8. MOUNTING THE SHELVES TO THE GRILL

Front Shelf (#20)
1 x
Screw (#A)
11 x
11 x Locking Washer (#B)
11 x Washer (#C)
Installation:
NOTE: Do not tighten any screws completely until all screws have
been installed. Once all screws are installed, then tighten securely.
• First, mount the front shelf onto the front shelf supports using four
washers, locking washers, and screws. Note illustration 8A.
• Next, mount the corner and side shelf onto the front shelf and grill
barrel end using seven washers, locking washers, and screws. Note
illustration 8B for guidance.
IMPORTANT: Avoid using shelves to move or lift the grill. The weight
of the unit will cause the shelves to break, which is not covered by
warranty.
