Low charge capacity (rechargeable battery only takes up little energy) although the
rechargeable battery has been completely discharged
• Try treating the rechargeable battery with the rechargeable battery „BREAK-IN" and then with
the rechargeable battery programme „CYCLE".
• The rechargeable battery is too old and useless.
The rechargeable battery grows very hot
• Rechargeable batteries heat up when charging or discharging, specifically at high currents. A
rechargeable battery temperature of up to 50 °C is uncritical.
• The charger interrupts the charging / discharging process at overheating as of 55 °C (basic
settings ex works, can be changed by App between +55 °C and +70 °C).
In older rechargeable batteries, a charging/discharging rate of 0.5C should not be exceeded
(see chapter 8).
App doesn't find the charger
• Before the App is started, the Bluetooth connection must be established (Pairing, see chapter
11. a) or 12. a).
No Bluetooth connection possible
• Before the data are transmitted, a pairing process is possible. The charger and phone/tablet
are taught into each other for this.
• The charger may store the connection data of up to 8 devices. If all 8 memory slots are assigned
and another device to be taught in (pairing), the memory must be deleted first. Observe chapter
11. b) or 12. b) for this.
• Check if the Bluetooth function on your phone/tablet is on and the charger logged on or connected
(see Bluetooth setting menu in your phone/tablet).
• Only one Bluetooth connection at a time is possible.
If you have connected the charger to a tablet and you want to use a phone for test purposes.
you have to disconnect the tablet first (see Bluetooth settings menu in the tablet.
Only then can you establish a connection in the Bluetooth setting menu of the phone.
