• Do not charge/discharge any battery that is still hot (e.g. caused by high charge/
discharge currents). Allow the battery to cool down to room temperature before
attempting to charge or discharge it.
• Never charge/discharge damaged, leaking or deformed batteries. This can result in
a fire or explosion! Dispose of such useless rechargeable batteries environmentally
compatibly; do not insert hem into the charger.
• Recharge the rechargeable batteries about every 3 months. Otherwise, so-called
deep discharge may result, rendering the rechargeable batteries useless.
NiMH-rechargeable batteries with a low self-discharge should be discharged and
charged at least once per year.
• If you are not sure about the correct operation or if questions arise which are not
covered by the operating instructions, please do not hesitate to contact us or another
specialist.
