Short pushing of one of the figure buttons („1" .... „4") below the rechargeable battery chute
stops automatic changes to the charging channel display.
Briefly push the respective button to display a different value.
Example:
To restart the automatic switching of the displays for the associated rechargeable battery chute,
keep the button of the charging chute pushed for 5 seconds.
• A rechargeable battery heats up when charging or discharging.
If the rechargeable battery is to be removed from the charger, first check the rechar-
geable battery temperature carefully with one finger.
When the rechargeable battery remains in the charger, the charger switches to retention
mode (not for the rechargeable battery programme „DISCHARGE"). The rechargeable
battery is charged with a very low current (about 30 mA) to maintain the full charge
condition.
• The display lighting is automatically activated when connecting to the power supply, inserting
a rechargeable battery or pushing a button.
After a certain time, the display lighting goes out again. Briefly pushing any button can reactivate
it.
