What to do if...?
- No synchronisation after
installation
- The NTP receiver is not
set to the correct time
- The second hand is
stopped on an NTP
receiver clock.
- The unit needs to
be returned to factory
configuration
- There is no DHCP server
on the network

- Check that the signal type sent by the master clock is the same
as the clock's signal type (NTP).
- The NTP server is on the same network as the receiver (IP ad-
dress, subnet mask and gateways).
- Check the time zone selected in the web interface.
- The permanent power supply, which is required for seconds dis-
play, is cut. Check the power supply.
- Power off the unit
- Keep the 2 buttons pressed (do not release): pushbuttons on the
clock's circuit board.
- Power up the unit
- Wait for the device to reboot a second time
- Release the buttons
The network configuration used by default by the clock is as
follows:
- IP : 172.17.30.110
- MASK : 255.255.0.0
- GATEWAY : 0.0.0.0
- DNS : 0.0.0.0
