Before first use

Initial Cleaning

• Remove all parts from the appliance.
• Clean the appliance before first use.
Caution! Do not use abrasive cleaning agents! This
can damage the surface. Refer to chapter "Care and
Cleaning".
Pre-heating
1. Set function
and maximum temperature.
2. Let the appliance operate without the food for approx-
imately 1 hour.

Daily use

Activating and deactivating the appliance
1. Turn the knob for the oven functions to an oven func-
tion.
2. Turn the knob for the temperature to a temperature.
The power indicator comes on while the appliance
operates.
The temperature indicator comes on while the tem-
perature in the appliance increases.
3. To deactivate the appliance, turn the knob for the
oven functions and the knob for the temperature to
the Off position.
Cooking zones
With the control knobs for cooking zones you oper-
ate the hob that you installed with the oven. For
more information about the hob, refer to the hob user
manual.
