INTERCEPT/LISTEN-IN:

• Listening-in or intercepting of this baby monitor-image signals is almost impossible. Not only
would someone need to be in range of the image baby monitor, but expensive equipment would
be necessary to intercept the signal.

CLEANING AND CARE:

• Clean the video baby monitor with a damp cloth, do not use chemical cleaning agents. Before
cleaning, the power adapter needs to be disconnected.

ENVIRONMENT AND DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE:

• The packaging of this video baby monitor can be disposed of as old paper. We advise to
keep the packaging so it can be wrapped when shipping.
• Dispose of the battery pack in an environmentally-friendly manner according to your local
regulations. Never throw away batteries with your household waste.
• Should the baby monitor need to be replaced, please return it to your supplier as they know how
to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.

NO PICTURE/ NO SOUND?:

– Is the parent unit and the baby unit switched on? (adapter connected, battery full?)
– Is the parent unit within range of the baby unit?
– Has the right camera been selected?
– Has the Mute mode been activated on the baby unit? (VOX)
– Has the volume been switched off on the parent unit?
• If all of the above is working properly, take the adapter from the electrical wall outlet, remove the
rechargeable battery from the parent unit then wait a minute and place everything back. Switch
the baby unit and the parent unit on.
• If there is still no picture or sound, please contact your dealer.
