Montageanleitung
Die Montage des Gerätes darf nur
durch autorisiertes Fachpersonal
erfolgen.
Für den Versand sind einige
Zinkenträger, Schutzbügelteile und
Warntafeln demontiert und
raumsparend am Haupt-
Maschinenrahmen befestigt
worden, diese Teile sind zu lösen
und an den zugehörigen Stellen
der Maschine zu montieren.
Am rechten Kreiselfahrwerk den
Lagerzapfen für das äußere Rad
einsetzen (Exzenter in
waagerechter Mittelstellung), mit
Schraube M12x40 und Mutter
befestigen und mit Spannhülse
sichern, siehe Bild 2.
Scheibe 30x42x2.5 auf die
Lagerzapfen der vorderen Räder
aufschieben, dann NILOS-Scheibe
(Dichtkante zum Rad) auf alle
Lagerzapfen aufschieben.
Laufräder aufschieben, mit
Scheibe 13x40x3 und Schraube
M12x25 befestigen,
Abschlusskappe einsetzen, siehe
Bild 2.

Set-up Instructions
The assembly of the machine may
only be carried out by an
authorized specialist workshop.
For shipment some machine
components are dismantled
(several tine arms, parts of the
safety frame and warning panels)
and attached to the carrying frame.
These components have to be
detached from the carrying frame
and reinstalled at the respective
points on the machine.
At the right hand drive chassis of
the rotor the bearing pin for the
outer wheel has to be mounted
(eccentric in horizontal central
pos.) with bolt M 12x40 and nut.
Also it has to be secured by
means of a split pin, see
illustration no. 2.
Washer 30x42x2.0 has to be put
onto the bearing pin of the front
wheels. After this, the NILOS
washer (sealing side to the wheel)
has to be put on all bearing pins.
The wheels have to be fastened
with washer 13x40x3 and bolt M
12-25, end cap has to be mounted,
see drawing no. 2.

L'assemblage de le machine ne
doit être effectué que par un
atelier spécialisé et autorisé.
Pour des raisons d'encombrement
pendant le transport, certaines
pièces de la machine sont
démontées (bras de fourches,
volets du protecteur et panneaux
de signalisation) et fixées sur le
châssis porteur. Désolidariser ces
pièces et les fixer aux endroits
prévus.
Sur le train de roulement côté droit
de la toupie, mettre en place le
tourillon pour la roue extérieure
(excentrique en position centrale
horizontale), le fixer à l'aide d'une
vis M12x40 et d'un écrou et
bloquer par goupille élastique, voir
fig. 2.
Enfiler les rondelles 30x42x2.5 sur
les tourillons des roues avant, puis
mettre sur tous les tourillons les
rondelles d'étanchéité (bord
d'étanchéité vers la roue).
Emboîter les roues et les fixer à
l'aide des rondelles 13x40x3 et
des vis M12x25. Mettre en place le
capuchon protecteur, voir fig. 2.
