5. Installation
• Please follow the safety instructions contained in this document during installation!
• Installing and operating the units incorrectly will invalidate any warranty claims.
• Hazards resulting from adjacent masonry components must be avoided.
Free access to the unit and connection lines must be ensured.
• Make sure the connection to the station is tension-free.
The heat interface units are available in two variants according to the space available and structural conditions:
Type A) H x W x D in mm approx. 500 x 440 x 160
Type B) H x W x D in mm approx. 500 x 350 x 250
The installation is performed using spring clips on the pair of riser lines (heating) installed by the customer.
Please observe the axial distance of the pairs of riser lines!
Four spring clips per pipe dimension are included in the scope of supply.
• DN32 copper: 35 x 1.5; steel: 33.7 x 3.25
• DN40 copper: 42 x 1.5; steel: 42.4 x 3.25 and 48.3 x 3.25
The spring clips can also be exchanged according to the actual pipe dimension.
