Medium gas power level:
In this gas power level only the peripheral burner of the heat source is turned on (Crown).
Ideal gas power level to heat the peripheral area of large pots.
Maximum gas power level:
In this gas power level the two burners making up the left heat source are turned on.
Ideal gas power level to fry and for food that needs a fast boiling process.
TURNING ON AND OFF OF THE HEAT SOURCE:
Turning on of the Heat source:
1. Activate the hob opening/closing knob.
2. Progressively activating the gas power
sensor + the selected burner will be turned
on (left central burner, crown burner or
both at the same time). See graphic 5.
The light leds of operation show that the burner is being used.
Nevertheless, whichever burner has been selected, in the initial 10 seconds all the heat
source is operational.
The turning on of the burner can be verified with the colouring of the turned on sensors of
the same.
If during the operation of the heat source the gas power has to be changed, activate the gas
power sensors +/- depending on the burner to be used.
Turning off of the heat source:
1.
Activate the hob opening/closing knob.
2.
Activate the gas power sensor – until turning off the heat source or activate the +/-
sensors simultaneously.
To turn on the heat source again, you should wait 30 seconds (carrying out the product
sweep of the previous combustion).
Located at the right front part of the hob. This is made up by two burners: Crown burner
and a mini central burner.
Thanks to the combination of both burners, the right heat source has 9 gas power levels that
can be selected with its +/- gas power sensors. The gas power levels 1 and 9 operate in a
permanent way and respectively correspond to the minimum and maximum gas power
levels of the heat source. The gas power levels from 2 to 9 carry out sequential cycles with
the two burners making up the heat source. Visualise the number of the chosen gas power
on the glass.
GAS POWER LEVELS:
Minimum gas power level:
In this gas power level only the Mini central burner of the heat source is turned on. Ideal gas
power level for thickening of sauces and keeping food warm.
