INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY
Dear Customer, Laica would like to thank you for the preference accorded to this product, designed according to the
criteria of reliability and quality in order to meet your complete satisfaction.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE
KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
The instruction manual must be considered an integral part of the product and must be kept for its entire life. If
the appliance is transferred to another owner, its documentation must also be transferred in its entirety.
To ensure the safe and correct use of the product, the user must carefully read the instructions and warnings
contained in the manual insofar as they provide important information regarding safety, user and maintenance
instructions.

This aerosol is an effective tool for home treatment of disorders of the upper and lower respiratory tract. It is compact,
quiet, easy to use, built in compliance with the current European regulations regarding design criteria for the safety of the
electrical appliances for
medical use ( Dir.93/42/EEC and Standard EN13544-1).

IP21: Degree of protection of electrical equipment covers, where the first figure indicates the degree of protection
against penetration by solid foreign bodies (from 0 to 6) and the second figure the degree of protection against
penetration by liquids (from 0 to 8).
• Prior to use, ensure the product is intact and that there is no visible damage. If in doubt, contact the retailer.
• Keep the plastic bag away from children: danger of suffocation.
• This device must be used only for its intended purpose and according to the user instructions. All other types of use
shall be considered inappropriate and therefore hazardous. The manufacturer shall not be deemed liable for any damage
caused by inappropriate or incorrect use.
• People aged 14 years or older, people with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or unskilled people, may use and
maintain the product only under adult supervision. Children must not play with the device.
• Keep all parts of the packaging as well as the air hose and adaptor away from children (risk of suffocation
and strangling)
• Before connecting the device, make sure the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage on the plate affixed to the product.
NEVER leave the device operating unsupervised. Once finished using, turn it off and unplug it from the mains.
• Handle the product with care, protect it against accidental impact, extreme temperature fluctuations, humidity, dust, direct
sunlight and sources of heat.
• In the event of a failure and/or malfunction, turn off the device without tampering with it. Always contact the retailer for
repairs.
• Be sure to have dry hands before connecting or disconnecting the device and when pressing the " " switch.

DO NOT pull the power cord to unplug the adapter from the power outlet.
DO NOT use extensions, unwind the power cord and keep it away from sources of heat.
DO NOT tamper with the power cord for any reason. If damaged, contact your retailer.
• Always use the " " switch to turn the device off and then unplug the adapter.
• Unplug the power cord and the adapter immediately after use and before cleaning.
DO NOT immerse the device and DO NOT pour water or other liquids onto it.
• If the device falls in the water, do not try to pick it up. Immediately unplug it. DO NOT reuse the device after removing it
from the water.
• Only use original accessories of the manufacturer.
• Before each use, make sure that the parts have been assembled correctly.
DO NOT use the device if the air tube is bent.
• Make sure that the air filter is inserted correctly and that it is clean.
Do not use the device close to high-frequency electromagnetic emitters.
• Keep the aeration opening free from dust and impurities. Avoid leaning the device on soft surfaces (i.e. bed or pillows).
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR BEST OPERATION
1) Do not use the equipment if the nebuliser chamber is without water or if the water level is below the indicated level.
2) The disposal medical cup is SINGLE USE; replace it after each use to guarantee best nebulisation and to avoid damage
to the equipment.
3) Do not use oily medicines with a viscosity over 3 cPs (centipoise), the unit to measure viscosity, for example cortisone,
as it could damage the transducer.
4) Do not use essential oils (such as eucalyptus essence), active ingredients with solid elements (suspended) and viscous
solutions as they could damage the transducer.
5) After every use, the nebuliser chamber (no.8 exploded view) and the transducer (no.9 exploded view) should be
cleaned with a cloth dipped in pure alcohol.
6) Wait at least 15 minutes from one use to the next.
7) Clean the top cover (no.5 exploded view) of the device handling the flow duct with care (no.6 exploded view).
