i2 SE Lower Cargo Frame

Tools required
• 4 mm hex wrench
• Torque wrench
Installation
1. Make sure the PT is powered off and unplugged.
2. Using a 4 mm hex wrench, remove the three fasteners that attach each
Gearbox Cover and put them in a safe place. See Figure 1.
3. Position the i2 SE Lower Cargo Frame so it aligns with the holes in the
Gearbox Cover.
4. Thread three of the included 28 mm fasteners through three of the
included flat washers, the i2 SE Lower Cargo Frame, the Gearbox Cover,
and into the Gearbox. Torque the fasteners to 6.0 N-m (4.4 ft-lbf).
See Figure 2.
Removal
1. Make sure the PT is powered off and unplugged.
2. Remove the i2 SE Lower Cargo Frame in the reverse order of the above
procedure.
NOTE
Refer to the Weight Limits and Maximum Allowable Cargo Weight
sections (p. 3) before using this accessory.
