1. Safe handling

Remove the transport packaging and thoroughly clean the new
product, either by hand or by a mechanical process, prior to its initial
sterilization.
Prior to use, check for proper condition and functioning of the product.
To avoid damaging the product through improper setup or operation
and mitigating the warranty and liability on the part of the product's
manufacturer:
- Use the product only according to these instructions for use.
- Only combine Aesculap products with each other.
Ensure that the product and its accessories are operated and used only
by persons with the requisite training, knowledge or experience.
Keep the instructions for use accessible for the user.
Follow the instructions for use of the components to be processed.

2. Product description

2.1 Intended use

The holder systems are used for mechanical cleaning, disinfection and
sterilization of Aesculap motor components.

2.2 Operating principle

The storage systems are designed to cover critical openings and/or ensure
immediate drainage of fluids that might have entered the components.
Note
With their rounded screw heads, the holder systems are suitable for soft
wrappings as well.
