3. Working with the holder system

3.1 System set-up

Note
When inserting the motor components in the trays, remember that
components inserted in a slanted position will take more space.
Note
For several holders to be installed in one tray, the tray (height) has to be
selected according to the holder requiring the most space (height).

3.2 Assembling

Risk of corrosion deposits on motors/handpieces!
Only use tools made from high-grade steel
(such as Aesculap mounting tool GB459R) to
CAUTION
mount the holder systems.
Note
Use mounting tool GB459R for mounting the holders in the tray!
Note
When mounting the holders, make certain there is sufficient spacing
between the components and between the components and the tray. In this
way it will be ensured that the spray jet of the washer/disinfector reaches
the components from all sides and the components can be removed easily
from the holder.
