In case of model ESTUCS900 we suggest to remove the cassette unit first and proceed by
replacing the heat exchanger on a flat surface.
In case of other problems, contact the area distributor or the EURAPO service department.
7.4.3 REPLACING THE FAN WHEEL
In order to replace the plastic fan wheel (Enclosure 1/B÷1/E, point 9) unscrew the central
screw as shown in Fig. 28a and 28b, remove the fan wheel and place the new one.

7.4.4 REPLACING THE ELECTRIC MOTOR
The electric motor can be replaced as follows:
•
remove the fan wheel as described in Paragraph 7.4.3;
•
remove the screw in correspondence to the motor cable fixing clamp (Fig. 29a-ES-
TUCS600, ESTUCS/M 600 and 30a-ESTUCS900) and fold the little metal tab upwards,
as shown on the enlarged detail in Fig.29b-ESTUCS600, ESTUCS/M 600 and 30b-
ESTUCS900;
•
remove the small plate on the side (Fig. 31) in order to permit the passage of the con-
nectors (only ESTUCS900);
•
disconnect the motor cable from its extension and make it run through the opening just
made by folding the metal tab;
•
remove the 3 fixing nuts and washers of the motor;
•
replace the motor by inverting the procedures above and remember to bring back the
metal tab previously folded upwards (point 2) to its original position.
