4.1 COMPONENTS
To identify the components of the cassette unit you have purchased, see the exploded draw-
ings illustrated on the Enclosures 1/B÷1/E of this manual for the basic units.
Enclosure 1 shows the ESTQEC00, standard electric panel.
Enclosure 1/A shows the possible configurations of installation.
4.2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The technical data directly referred to the unit purchased are shown on the identification
tag located at the internal side of the machine. Technical specifications concerning installa-
tion and use of fan coil units are listed on the Enclosures 2 of this manual.

Technical features of the heat exchanger:
Max pressure of the cold or hot fluid for cassette fan coils: 1600 kPa

Min pressure of the hot or cold fluid: It is the one indicated by the designer/installer for
the correct functioning of the system

Min/max water temperature: 5/85 °C

Hardness of water into the heat exchanger: It is the one indicated by the de-
signer/installer for the correct functioning of the system

Technical features of the fan motor:

With each EST fan coil unit there is the possibility to have different air volumes,
according to the use requirements. The relevant nominal air volumes at different
speeds are indicated in the Encl. 2 of this manual and they are referred to
standard fan coil units, with clean filters, at the temperature of 20 °C, at sea level.

EST technology is composed by a brushless motor combined to a dedicated
electronic device (inverter), managed by specific regulators. The controller uses a
modulating signal with 0-10Vdc tension in order to regulate the fan speed.
