remove the filter by following the instructions on Paragraph 7.2.1;

unscrew the 4 tapping screws fixing the air supply grilles and remove the grilles;
•
empty the condensate tray by removing the rubber cap (take care to protect the floor
underneath from possible water leaking);

unscrew the 4 fixing screws and remove the condensate tray.
7.4.1 REPLACING THE CONDENSATE PUMP

remove the 2 fixing screws (Fig. 26, point 1);

•
disconnect the power supply cable of the
motor of the condensate pump (Fig. 26,
point 2);
•
remove the PVC tube (Fig. 26, point 4);

•
place the new condensate pump, con-
nect the PVC tube and wire the motor of
the pump;

•
in order to verify that the new conden-
sate pump works properly, push the float
switch upwards (Fig. 26, point 3).

7.4.2 REPLACING THE HEAT EXCHANGER

Before operating on the heat exchanger, protect the
hands by using gloves.

After removing the condensate pump (Paragraph 7.4.1) it is
possible to proceed with the replacement of the heat ex-
+
changer.
•
remove the 2 screws as indicated in Fig.27a-point 1 by
paying attention to the motor cable (see the enlarged
detail in Fig. 29b and 30b).
•
remove the 2 screws on the fixing supports of the coil
as shown in Fig. 27a-point 2 and 3, and carefully sustain
the heat exchanger.
•
in order to reinstall the heat exchanger, invert the proce-
dures above and take care that the motor cable passes
through the opening as shown in the enlarged detail of
Fig. 29a-ESTUCS600 and 30a-ESTUCS900.
