GETTING STARTED – FORMATTING THE USB STICK
1) Insert any USB stick into your console's USB port.
Note: User must provide their own USB flash drive for the
LIVETRACK Interactive Technology.
2) Wait until the console detects the USB and makes a
single beep.
3) Pull it out of the console and you're ready to go!
NOTE: It is recommended that you use the
LIVESTRONG.COM USB stick for all functionality.

update to your console before using LIVETRACK interactive
technology. Please visit http://www.livestrongfitness.

how to download the latest software from your PC or Mac.
