the mandrel at the rivet head and eject the scrap mandrel into the
safety cap.
7.
Repeat Steps 3 to 5 until all rivets are installed.
8.
Shut the compressor down and discharge all air from the system
before changing the nosepiece for a different diameter rivet.
9.
Empty the safety cap when necessary. Make sure a rivet is not inserted
into the nosepiece when emptying the cap as an ejected mandrel may
cause a penetrating injury.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1.
Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier
to control and will have fewer problems.
2.
Inspect the tool fittings, alignment, hoses and power supply cord
periodically. Have damaged or worn components repaired or replaced by
an authorized technician. Only use identical replacement parts when
servicing.
3.
Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
4.
Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
5.
Keep the tool handles clean, dry and free from oil/grease at all times.
6.
Maintain the tool's labels and name plates. These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for
replacements.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should
repair the tool. An improperly repaired tool may
present a hazard to the user and/or others.
ADDING HYDRAULIC OIL
NOTICE! Do not overfill the air cylinder with hydraulic
oil. This can impair the tool's function.
1.
Disconnect the air hose from the riveter.
2.
Invert the tool and remove the base cover.

Place the tool in a vise to free up both
hands.
3.
Remove the nosepiece storage.
