service points without prior agreement
by telephone, as you could otherwise
incur costs for non-acceptance.
• Attention: Please do not hand in de-
fective appliances with fuel or oil still
in the tanks. Always empty the tanks
beforehand. Material damage (oil/fuel
escaping when the appliance is put on
the side or held upside down!) or fire
damage during transport will be at the
sender's expense.

placement parts installed as a result of
this work. This also applies if on-site
service is used.
• Defective units returned to us will be
disposed of for free.
