3. Fasten the fuel cap securely and wipe up any fuel spillage around the unit.
WARNING! 1. Never refuel with running engine or with a hot engine.
Stop the engine and let it cool down before refueling the unit.
At that time, be sure to sufficiently agitate the mixed gasoline in the tank.
2. Select a bare and open ground for fueling, outdoors or well ventilated. Never
add fuel to the tank in a closed non-ventilated area.
3. Move at least 10 feet (3 meters) away from the fueling point before starting the
engine.
4.4.4- To preserve your engine life:
1. Do not use raw gasoline (i.e. fuel with no oil); Gasohol; ethanol or methanol gasoline; Oil for
4-cycle engine use;
2. Do not use mixed fuels which have been left unused for a period of one month or more may clog
the carburetor and result in the engine failing to operate properly.
3. In the case of storing the product for a long period of time, empty the fuel tank. Next, activate the
engine and empty the carburetor of the composite fuel.
4. In case of scrapping the used mixed oil & its container, scrap it only at an authorized repository
site.
4.5- Engine
WARNING It is very dangerous to run this product that mounts broken or loosen parts or
lacking any parts.
Before starting engine, make sure that all the parts are installed properly.
4.5.1- Starting the engine
1. Fill fuel tank, and tighten the cap securely.
2. Release throttle lever (11) and make sure it is fully back. (Fig.2)
3. Set the switch (8) to "1" (ON position). (Fig.2)
4. Continuously push the priming bulb (a) until fuel comes in the clear tube (b) (see Fig.3)
5. Move the choke lever (14) to close position «
6. Rest the unit on a flat, firm place (Fig.5).
Keep the cutting head off the ground and clear of surrounding objects
7. While holding the unit firmly, pull out the starter rope (5) quickly (Fig.6) until engine fires.
Important! Avoid pulling the rope to its end or returning it by releasing the handle. Such actions can
cause starter failures.
8. Move the choke lever (14) to open position «
9 Allow the engine to warm up for a several minutes before starting operation.
Note: 1. When restarting the engine immediately after stopping it, leave the choke open.
2. Over choking can make the engine hard to start due to excess fuel. When the engine failed
to start after several attempts, open the choke and repeat pulling the rope, or remove the spark
plug and dry it.
