Dreve Dentamid GmbH is only respon-
sible for the safety, reliability and per-
formance of the unit, if
· the unit is excludingly used for the
corresponding application.

Guarantee
We grant a two year`s guarantee for
the FotoDent flash, starting from the
®
date of delivery. The guarantee obliga-
tion is only valid for material or produc-
tion defects.
It does not refer to natural wear and
tear nor to damage occurring after
the transfer of risk due to improper or
unsuitable handling, excessive stress-
ing, unsuitable operating material, and
chemical, electro-chemical or electrical
influences of a nature not provided for
according to the contact. On improper
alterations or repairs or maintenance
or breach of seals carried out by the
purchaser or third parties the guarantee
obligations of the supplier and his liabil-
ity for consequences caused thereby are
rendered void.

Liability
The right of the purchaser to bring
actions arising out of defects shall

the date of delivery. The warranty
obligation does not refer to natu-

ling, excessive stressing, unsuitable
operating material, and chemical, elec-
trochemical or electrical influences of

ranty obligations and liability for
