TiLOOP® Bra Pocket is ready for use after it has been removed from the packaging. The outer side ma-
kes contact with the tissue and the interior makes contact with the implant. Therefore, ensure that
the sides are not mixed up.
Application
TiLOOP® Bra Pocket is directly fixed onto the fascia of the musculus pectoralis major or directly onto
the musculus pectoralis major. The front of the implant that faces the skin is hereby fully covered by
mesh material. TiLOOP® Bra Pocket is fixed prepectorally at the cranial, medial and lateral side using
monofilament sutures with single stitches in such a way that a dislocation of the mesh and the implant
is prevented. When implanting an expander, care is to be taken that sufficient space is provided. It is re-
commended that sufficient space is left from the edge of the mesh when carrying out the fixation work.
