PARTS IDENTIFICATION
WARNING! Do not operate the generator if any part is missing. Replace the missing part before operating.
Failure to do so could result in a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage. Make sure that all items in the
parts list are included.

ASSEMBLY
When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List.
1.
Assembly of the lower plate:
a.
First turn over the cylinder (#45) and remove the four hex bolts (#62) on the base of the cylinder.
b.
Align the four holes of the lower plate (#64) with the holes of the cylinder base.
c.
Affix with the hex bolts taken from the cylinder base.
2.
Assembly of the upper plate:
a.
When the lower plate is assembled, turn the cylinder over and insert two swaging blocks (#68) in
the hole of the lower plate.
b.
Place the upper plate (#54) over the swaging blocks and use the die cover shaft (#55) to secure
the swaging block and the back oil cylinder seat (#58).
3.
Assembly and attachment of tripod legs:
a.
Insert legs (#75A) into base (#75B) and tighten each bolt to secure leg. Then set tripod upright.
b.
Position the pipe bender so the hole in the center of the lower plate aligns with hole in the base.
CAUTION! Ensure the cylinder is aligned over a tripod leg with the other two legs to the front.
This will prevent it from tipping over and causing an injury as a pipe is bent.
c.
Insert the threaded bolt through the top of the lower plate and base. Slip the washer over the bolt
end and then screw the nut onto the threaded bolt. Tighten with Allen wrench. Another wrench may
be required to hold the nut during tightening.
