Test System hardware failure of IR communications

Instrument sensor cannot be calibrated, bad sensor,
incorrect setup of solenoids, or bad cylinder
Test System lacks gases for full test
Cannot add instrument to database (100 already entered)
Instrument already exists with the same serial number
Instrument needs newer firmware for use on Test System
When using a network interface or shared memory card,
some options/menus are only accessible from the
"rightmost" or master Test Stand
