Removing limescale
. Turn off appliance and let it cool down.
. Insert Gastronorm container, insert drain plug and close drain tap.
. Fill up the pan tub with vinegar and water at a ratio of 1:1 (1 part vinegar, 1 part water). Boil
briefly and allow to work for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the limescale deposit.
. Then rinse pan tub with clear water.
. Drain off cleaning residues into the Gastronorm container: Clean the drain pipe thoroughly
with a round brush while draining the rinsing agent suds.
. Rinse pan tub and drain pipe thoroughly with water and rub dry.
. Clean drain plug and metal cover sheet in the dishwasher or with a grease-cutting cleaning
agent.
4.2
Cleaning stainless steel surfaces
. Empty and clean the Gastronorm container.
. After using pungent cleaning agents, wash off the cleaned part thoroughly using water.
. Rub cleaned parts and surfaces dry with a soft cloth.
. Clean stainless steel surfaces with grease-cutting cleaning agent or special stainless steel
cleaner.
