Applications
Particularly suited for cooking and frying large quantities of ingredients.
Multi-function pan GN 2/1 for various uses; from intensive cooking and frying to gentle steaming and keeping
food warm; working at different temperatures ranging from 60°C to 250°C.
E.g. for preparing soups, sauces, ragouts, goulash, etc.
Use as a griddle plate for everything requiring a short fry, e.g. steaks, schnitzel, filets, fish, mushroom ra-
gouts, etc.
