Close the drain tap
Crush hazard! Do not reach into the
drain opening while closing the drain tap.
. Close the drain tap using the lever.
. Remove lever.
D The lever can only be removed when the
drain tap is closed.

. If necessary, insert the metal cover sheet or
the drain plug.
D The metal cover sheet can be shifted within
the holder: e.g. use unperforated side for
frying or perforated side as a sieve.

Inserting the Gastronorm container
. For safe removal of the Gastronorm contai-
ner without emptying cart:
Flip both bow-type handles forwards before
inserting the Gastronorm container.
. Place the cover for the Gastronorm contai-
ner (with the cover opening forwards) onto
the Gastronorm container.
. Insert the Gastronorm container into the
guide up to the stop or push the emptying
cart with Gastronorm container under the
drain.
