6.3 Description daily control
6.3.1. Frame
Check the frame in its entirety at loose bolts and/or cracks of the welds.
Keep the machine as much as possible clean to prevent act on dirt, water, oil and messed fuel.
6.3.2. Valves + manometer
At a maximum performing machine, this means operated at full load working engine, the manometer can not
indicate more than the maximum pressure by DiBO indicated, for your machine.
After operation and releasing the spray gun, there still can remain a small pressure remainder present in the
6.3.3. High- and low pressure parts
Check the hoses, piping and connections on external damages and leaks.
If damaged or if there are leaks, these must be replaced immediately.
6.3.4. Electrical part
Checks visible electric wiring and components (among other things: switches) on external visible damages.
If damaged, replace the concerning parts immediately.
6.3.5. Burner
Check if the burner opening is clear of pollution.
Check pipes and connections on leaks and external damages.
Ignition transformer from the burner:
It is important that on the ignition transformer a load is connected.
The switching on of the ignition transformer without the ignition pins are connected, are not permitted.
We recommend during maintenance activities certainly checking the connections of the ignition cables and
for the case the burner would not work, certainly don't run the burner.
6.3.6. General control of the tanks
Check all tanks on external damages and leaks.
