Type of problem
The machine does not wash and
the pump is noisy on machines
with three-phase pump

Possible causes
The pump direction is inverted
due to incorrect connection of the
power supply cable
The level of water inside the tank
is too low
The suction of the pump is
clogged
N.B.: For any other problems, contact Technical Service.
Cure
Contact the Technical Assistance
Remove and correctly replace the overfl ow pipe
Correctly reposition the curtains or the other guards
that may have been removed
Check and correctly reposition the wash arms
If the level of water continues to fall, contact the
Technical Assistance
Check if the suction fi lters of the pump (placed in the
tanks) are clogged. If the problem persists contact the
Technical Assistance.
