HINWEISE – STÖRUNGSURSACHEN
• Auslösender Motorschutzschalter deutet auf Ver-
schmutzung, Schwergängigkeit des Laufrades und/
oder der Kugellager hin.
• Auslösendes Motorvollschutzgerät: Wie bei Schutz-
schalter, aber auch zu hohe Wicklungstemperatur
durch zu geringe Motorkühlung, falsche Dreh-
richtung oder zu hohe Fördermitteltemperatur.
• Anormale Geräusche können die Folge von aus-
gelaufenen Kugellagern, losen Schrauben oder
Verbindungsteilen sein.
• Vibrationen und Schwingungen können ihre Ur-
sache in einem unwuchtigen u.U. mit Schmutz be-
aufschlagten Laufrad, (Ansaugung von Baustellen-
schmutz, Papier, Folie etc.) in der Einbausituation
haben oder auf falscher Drehrichtung beruhen.
• Stark geminderte Leistung kann auftreten, wenn
der Ventilator über dem Umschlagspunkt arbeitet
(verbunden mit höherem Geräusch). Dies beruht
u.U auf mangelnde Zuluftnachführung bzw. zu ho-
hem Anlagewiderstand.
HINWEIS: Ein asymmetrischer Luftstrom muss
verhindert werden. (siehe Abb. 2)
ZUBEHÖR, SCHALT- UND STEUERELEMENTE
Der Gebrauch von Zubehörteilen, die nicht von Helios
empfohlen oder angeboten werden, ist nicht statt-
haft. Eventuell auftretende Schäden unterliegen nicht
der Gewährleistung.
Nur Ex-Zubehör für Ex-Typen verwenden.
GARANTIEANSPRÜCHE – HAFTUNGSAUS-
SCHLUSS
Wenn die vorausgehenden Ausführungen nicht voll
erfüllt und/oder am Gerät Fremdeingriffe vorgenom-
men werden, entfällt unsere Gewährleistung und
Behandlung auf Kulanz. Gleiches gilt für abgeleitete
Haftungsansprüche an den Hersteller.
VORSCHRIFTEN – RICHTLINIEN
Bei ordnungsgemäßer Installation und bestimmungs-
gemäßem Betrieb entspricht das Gerät den zum Zeit-
punkt seiner Herstellung gültigen Vorschriften und
Richtlinien CE.
Die explosionsgeschützten Modelle sind
KEMA geprüft.

• Abnormal noises may be due to worn bearings,
loose nuts, screws or loose connections.
• Vibration may be caused by an imbalance of the
impeller (possibly due to build-up of dirt e.g. pa-
per, foil, or general dirt from the building site), the
type of installation or the incorrect direction of ro-
tation.
• A considerable reduction in performance may re-
sult from the impeller working in the stal area of the
performance curve. (This also raises the noise le-
vel.) This is usually caused by insufficient air supp-
ly or if the resistance of the duct system may be
higher than estimated.
NOTE: The air must be evenly spread accross
the intake of the fan. (Fig. 2)
ACCESSORIES, SWITCHES AND CONTROLS
The use of accessories not offered or recommended
by Helios is not permitted. Potential damage claims
are not covered by warranty.
Only explosion proof accessories must be
used with explosion proof models.
WARRANTY – EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
If the preceding instructions are not observed all war-
ranty claims are void. The Helios warranty is limited
to the material and workmanship of the product. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
CERTIFICATES
If installed correctly the product complies with rele-
vant European standards and regulations at the time
of manufacture.
The VDD Ex.. Models are proved according to
KEMA guide

l'hélice soit au niveau des roulements à bille.
• Le déclenchement du dispositif de protection tota-
le du moteur a pour cause soit les raisons men-
tionnées ci-dessus soit une élévation de tempéra-
ture anormale du bobinage due à un refroidisse-
ment insuffisant du moteur ou à un mauvais sens
de rotation ou encore à une température du fluide
véhiculé trop élevée.
• Des bruits anormaux peuvent être causés par des
roulements à billes perdant leur graisse, des vis ou
des pièces de raccordement mal fixées.
• Des vibrations et oscillations peuvent être causées
par une hélice mal équilibrée ou présentant un en-
crassement anormal (aspiration de poussières de
chantier, papier, feuille etc...) , par une insatallation
non conforme ou un mauvais sens de rotation.
• Un débit insuffisant peut survenir lorsque le venti-
lateur fonctionne au delà du point critique (zone de
pompage). Ceci engendre simultanément une
augmentation de l'intensité sonore. Ceci est
généralement dû à un flux d'air de renouvellement
insuffisant ou à une résistance trop importante du
circuit de l'installation.
NOTE: le flux d'air doit être symétrique. (Fig. 2)
ACCESSOIRES, APPAREILS DE TEMPORISA-
TION ET DE RÉGULATION
L'utilisation d'accessoires qui ne sont pas directement
offerts ou conseillés par Helios n'est pas autorisée.
Les dommages éventuels entraînent la suppression
de notre garantie.
Pour les types Ex, utiliser uniquement des ac-
cessoires Ex.
DEMANDE DE GARANTIE – RESERVES DU
CONSTRUCTEUR
En cas de non-respect des indications précédentes,
toute demande de remplacement ou de réparation à
titre gratuit sera déclinée. Il en sera de même pour
toute implication de responsabilité du fabricant.
RÉGLEMENTATIONS – NORMES
Si la notice d'installation et d'utilisation est observée,
nos produits correspondent aux normes et régle-
mentations internationales.
Les types VDD Ex .. sont certifiés selon les ré-
glements KEMA.
