Installation with Valor Model Portrait 530 I
7. Test the fan operation as indicated on page 2 of this
manual.
8. Finish the assembly of the fireplace as indicated
in the installation manuals provided with the
fireplace's engine, front and trim.
Installation with Valor Model Retrofire RF24 (Direct Vent ONLY)
1. Remove the fan mounting bracket and reinstall in
reverse position to the fan assembly. (The mounting
bracket is originally supplied set up for heater
model 530 application).
2. With the burner module removed, install the fan
unit into the rear convection channel on heater.
3. Line up the screw holes and secure the fan assembly
using 2 screws.

using screws through
