ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
The instrument panel has been designed to make all the functions, gauges, keys and valves (coloured and provided with
symbols) easy to understand at a glance.
1 – High-pressure gauge: used to check and diagnose A/C system (figure 3).
2 – Low-pressure gauge: used to check and diagnose A/C system and check vacuum (figure 3).
3 – High-pressure valve: used to connect charging station to A/C system (figure 4).
4 – Low-pressure valve: used to connect charging station to A/C system (figure 4).
5 – High-pressure fitting: used to connect connecting pipe to A/C system (figure 4).
6 – Low-pressure fitting: used to connect connecting pipe to A/C system (figure 4).
7 – Backlit graphic display: shows station functions (figure 3).
8 - key: used to scroll up station functions and set time and gas and oil quantities (figure 3).
9 - key:
used to scroll down station functions and set time and gas and oil quantities (figure 3).
10- key:
used to confirm set functions (figure 3).
11 - key:
used to interrupt any operation (figure 3).
12 - Serial port:
used to update database on an annual basis (figure 4).
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK CYCLES
When the display is turned on, the database is automatically enabled, thereby allowing a preset programme to be run, based
on: BRAND-MODEL-MANUFACTURING YEAR-SYSTEM TYPE-OIL TYPE AND QUANTITY IN COMPRESSOR – GAS
QUANTITY in system.
Manual cycle
- STEP 1: Recovering refrigerant gas from A/C system, checking A/C system for refrigerant gas pockets and automatically
draining old oil.
- STEP 2: Vacuum phase and testing the A/C system for tightness (vacuum time and tightness testing time are set by operator).
- STEP 3: Feeding set amount of fresh oil into A/C system (timed system).
