• Pay attention to safe switch off distance and enable
zone (cf. Tab. 1 on page 61).
• The minimum distances stated in Fig. 3
(IN40-E0101K) and Fig. 4 (IN40-E0109K) for neigh-
boring sensors, sensors mounted opposite and the
minimum distances to fixed parts of the plant and
walls must be observed.
