• ALWAYS ensure that all protector pads are located
completely on the adult chair surface.
• If adult chair is cushioned and cushion cannot be
removed, BE CERTAIN that the bottom chair strap
is fastened snugly after putting child in seat.
• Test for proper assembly before placing child in
seat.
• ALWAYS check that legs are fully extended and
foot rest is folded inward.
Prevent serious injury or death. Do not use in motor
vehicles.
Using the Toddler Chair

FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head
injuries including skull fractures when falling from
toddler chair.
• This product is ONLY for children who are 3 years
or older.
• USE ONLY FOR children who can sit upright
without help.
• NEVER allow other children to push other children
around in on toddler chair.
• This product is not a toy. NEVER allow children to
play on it or around it.
• ALWAYS lock wheels to prevent movement when
child is on seat.
• This toddler seat is only for use with the high chair
base.
• Stay near and watch child during use.
• NEVER use this product as a car seat or bath seat,
on a table top, swivel stool, swivel chair or any other
seating surface where it does not secure properly.
• NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. ALWAYS keep
child in view while sitting on toddler chair.
• NEVER use toddler chair without toddler seat in place
and locked in position.
• NEVER allow a child to push away from the table/
furniture.
• Recommended for indoor use only.
• NEVER lift or move toddler chair with child on it.
• NEVER use near stairs.
• NEVER allow child to stand on toddler chair.
• Only use for a child that is able to get in and out of the
chair unassisted.
• This product may become unstable if the
manufacturer's recommended load of 50 lbs. (22.7 kg)
is exceeded.
• Make sure Toddler Seat is assembled correctly and
securely. Test for proper assembly before placing child
in toddler chair.
• Use only on flat surfaces free of objects that could
cause the toddler chair to tip over.
• To avoid burn injuries, keep the child away from hot
liquids, ranges, radiators, space heater, fireplaces,
etc...
