Intended Use
This product is suitable for warming up and
endurance training.
This product was developed for private use
and is not suitable for medical and commercial
purposes.
This product is not a step ladder for compensat-
ing height differences.
Safety Notices
• Consult your physician before beginning your
exercise program. Verify you are physically fit
for training.
• Always keep the instructions for use including
exercise instructions handy.
• In the event of discomfort, weakness or
fatigue, stop immediately and contact your
physician!
• Safe training requires ample room. Perform
the exercises an ample distance from objects
and other persons to ensure nobody will be
injured.
• Pregnant women should only exercise after
consulting their physician.
• Always exercise on a flat non-slip surface.
• Do not use the product near stairs or landings.
• Do not use this product as a step ladder for
compensating height differences.

• Do not allow children to use this product
unsupervised. Instruct them in the correct use
and keep supervising them. Only allows them
to use the product if the mental and physi-
cal development of the children allows this.
This product is not suitable as a toy.
Preventing property damage
• Check the product for damage and wear
before every use.
In the event the shell is damaged, discontinue
use of the product.
Use
Spread the ladder (1) out on the ground and
if necessary secure with the ground spikes (2)
(Fig. B).
The clips (Fig. D) at the ends of the ladder may
be used to attach additional ladders, extending it.
The size of the boxes may be adjusted by mov-
ing the rungs (Fig. C).

• The following exercises are only a selection of
many. For additional exercises please refer to
the respective technical literature.
• Warm up well before each training session.

Exercise 1 (Fig. E)
1. Stand with both feet in front of the first rung.
2. Draw in your navel and flex your abdominal
muscles.
3. Keep your body flexed and run, alternating
your feet inside the boxes between the rungs.
Important: Move quickly, staying on
the balls of your feet.
