3 Troubleshooting
If the data upload is unsuccessful:
1.
Confirm that the GSM option is correctly installed
and can be detected, see section 1.3.1 Closure and
verification.
2.
Find the event ID reported by the GSM modem:
In the display, go to [Status → Inverter →
•
Modem].
•
In the web interface, go to [Plant level:
Status → Upload status].
•
Find the event ID under [Last error].
