Acceleration of the rotary gripper unit:
Take into consideration that the gripping force can diminish during the move

ment process (e.g. upon swivelling of the gripper component or mounting of
the rotary gripper unit on moving parts).
Select the type of mounting:
S
Direct mounting
from the front / from the rear / at the
side / on a base using blind/through
holes (mounting screws one size
smaller should be selected for through
holes)

Position the HGDS−... so that all of the operating elements can be reached.

Position the HGDS−... on the connecting surface using centring sleeves.

Make sure that the maximum permissible tightening torques are not exceeded.

Tightening torque

Secure the HGDS−... to the connecting flange using at least two screws.

Tighten the screws evenly.
