If there is a problem with your appliance, please check the following points before contacting your
DCS Authorized Service Agency or DCS Customer Care Representative.
General troubleshooting:

Troubleshooting

What to do
Check that the plug is correctly
connected and power switched on.
Check another appliance at the
same outlet.
Check house fuse.
Change light bulb(s) (refer to page 28).
Check refrigerator is turned on at wall.
If problem continues refer to page 43.
Refer to Sabbath Mode (page 20).
Minimize door openings to allow
temperature to stabilise.
Check that cabinet is level and gasket
seals are clean.
Minimize door openings to allow
temperature to stabilise.
Move chill sensitive foods away from
the center outlet duct at the back of the
shelves.
