Use of the appliance (or one or more
of its constituent parts) in a way that

given in the manufacturer's usage and
maintenance guide.

be damaged during or as a result of any
Incident claimed for.
Events constituting natural disasters

on Arrival". Claims covered by the
statutory guarantee covering hidden
defects set out in Articles 1641-1649
and 2232 of the Civil Code.
Claims covered by the warranty against
non-compliance set out in Articles
L.211-4 to L.211-13 of the Consumer
Code.
