6 - Cleaning
Cleaning the appliance
To clean the appliance, first unplug
it then rub it with a damp sponge or
cloth. Then dry with a dry cloth.
Do not use solvents or acidic, alkaline
or abrasive products or chemicals.
Do not allow water or any other liquid
to get into the air vents to prevent
damage to the inside of the appliance.
Do not immerse the appliance or
vacuum head in water or any other
liquid.
Do not run under the tap or put in the
dishwasher.
Cleaning the accessories
Before using for the first time, clean
the lids, seals, stoppers and container
supplied with the appliance.
The containers should be cleaned in the
dishwasher.
It is recommended that you clean the
lids with a sponge and a few drops of
washing-up liquid, as repeated washing
in the dishwasher will eventually tarnish
the plastic after a number of washes,
thereby degrading their efficiency.
The seals may be removed from the
lids for easier cleaning. As with the lids,
they may be cleaned with a sponge and
a few drops of washing-up liquid. Wipe
them afterwards with a dry cloth and
put them in place in the lids as indicated
on Page 15.
The stoppers are NOT dishwasher-proof.

7 - Garantie
This warranty is bound to the product and
not to the purchaser.
Be Save ® is guaranteed for 2 years against
any manufacturing defects and is covered
by a further statutory warranty covering
hidden defects
The warranty covers the replacement of
any faulty appliance. Any exchange or
replacement does not affect the initial
warranty date.
In order to make a claim on the Be Save®
warranty, the Customer must be in
possession of their warranty certificate and
contact the Guy Demarle Customer Care
Service, who will indicate the procedure
for returning the product. No return will
be accepted without prior agreement
from the Guy Dermale Customer Care
Service, such agreement taking the form
of a prepaid Colissimo postage sticker
being sent to the Customer for them
to return the product. The Customer
MUST return the Be Save
packaging, consisting of the outer box
and cardboard wedges in which the Be
Save was delivered.
®
Postage charges for the return are
covered by Guy Demarle. No equipment
loans are made for the replacement of
faulty appliances.
Warranty exclusions
Indirect losses, financial or otherwise,
suffered by the customer during or as a
result of any Incident claimed for.
Accidental material damage.
Any accident of an electrical nature
suffered by the appliance.
Be Save
stoppers, lids.
Wearing parts of the Be Save: silicone
feet and valves.
