Enquiry, Toggling, Blind Transfer
While making a call, you can make an enquiry to another party and then speak
to each party alternately. The other party is then put on hold. – In addition, a
caller can be transferred.

Each time that you press the [R] key you switch between the parties. This function is
called toggling (broker's call).
