General safety information for all unit variants
To ensure the intended use as well as safety, reliability and performance of the
device and the battery, please read the following notes before initial commis-
sioning:
Approval and EC conformity
Funktel GmbH hereby declares that the products D11 and FC11 are in compli-
ance with the basic requirements and other relevant stipulations of Directive
1999/5/EC (Radio & Telecommunication Terminal Equipment, R&TTE).
The devices are intended for connection to the radio interfaces (DECT™) of
our Mobility Server and due to their construction are not suitable for direct op-
eration on the interfaces of public telecommunication networks.
The term "Mobility Server" is our general designation for system-compatible
private branch exchanges with DECT ™ functionality. For example, the
Integral 55 (I55) mobility server and our DECT over IP system (DoIP, f.airnet
system).
Should problems arise during operation, please contact your dealer or our ser-
vice department immediately.
This equipment works on the DECT ™ system in the 1880 MHz to
1900 MHz.frequency range.
