11.1
Cleaning bag dust filters: Standard versions
Every 40/70 hours of operation, or whenever necessary, check the dust filters Detail C Fig. 13, by removing it from its
casing, pulling out the debris hopper, disconnecting the connector Detail A Fig. 13, unscrewing the four screws from the
clamping brackets Detail B Fig. 13. Accordingly, the filter (always in conjunction with the vibrator) can be removed from
the machine and cleaned with compressed air from the inside out. When putting it back in place, make sure it stands
firmly against the black sealing washer. Make sure that the filter is always in excellent conditions and change it whenever
necessary.
11.2
Cleaning cartridge dust filters: Optional
Every 40/70 hours of operation, or whenever necessary, check the dust filters Detail 1 Fig. 13/A, by removing them from
their casing, loosening the knobs Detail 2 Fig. 13/A and taking out the bracket that holds the filters in place Detail 3 Fig.
13/A, cleaning them, by beating them against the ground (gently) with the holes facing downwards towards the floor, and
then cleaning them thoroughly. With a vacuum cleaner it is possible to clean them from the inside, or by using
compressed air blown from the outside in. When you are re-assembling them, make sure that the circular black sealing
washer is on the bottom of the filter. Make sure that the filters are always in excellent conditions and change them
whenever necessary.
