5.10 Forward and reverse drive:
Detail 3 Fig. 7. This pedal has two functions based on the position of the drive selector Detail 7 on the control panel:
with the selector is in the forward drive position, press the pedal to make the machine move forwards, vice versa, with
the selector lever in the back position, press the pedal to make the machine move in reverse. For safety reasons, the
speed of the machine in reverse drive is much slower. By leaving the selector in the central position, the machine will
not go into forward or reverse drive.
5.11 Lever to engage side broom:
The lever to engage the side broom, Detail 1 Fig. 9, makes it possible to lower the broom from the driver's seat; please
remember that the side broom must only be used to clean edges, profiles and corners. To lower and then engage the
side broom, push the lever all the way down Detail 1 Fig. 9; to disengage it, place the lever back in its initial position.
AS IT IS ROTATING, NEVER TOUCH THE SIDE BROOM WITH YOUR HANDS AND DO NOT COLLECT
STRINGY MATERIALS.
