Location and Connection

Remove all packaging material and keep out of reach of children. After removing packaging, check the appliance
for damage or other signs that could indicate a fault/defect/malfunction. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance,
but contact your vendor for inspection or replacement.
Select a suitable place for the device, taking into account the safety instructions. The WH2000R has to be hung
from a wall and therefore may not be used in a lying, leaning, hanging or standing position! The wall on which the
device is hung has to be firm, flat and perfectly vertical and made from non-inflammable material that cannot melt. It
has to be at least 20 cm away from side walls and the top has to be at least 180 cm above the floor.
The heater has to preferably be positioned at and permanently connected to an electric socket. This connection
may only be made by a qualified electrician and, for that reason, is not described here.
In this booklet, for reasons of safety, use with a plug should be
assumed; when there is a permanent connection, any passages about
the plug do not apply.
Drill 2 holes in the wall at the chosen location with an 8 mm drill bit: make
sure these holes are horizontal and 40.5 mm apart. Insert plugs and
screws into the holes. Allow the screws to stick out by 10 mm. Hook the
heater over the screws using the hanging eyes, then slide to the left and
pull downwards.
Check whether the heater is secured to the wall; if necessary insert the
screws a little further into the plugs.
Attach the heater using the materials supplied (see diagram). Place the
Using for the first time and Operation
Unroll the electrical cable entirely and insert the plug into a suitable 220/240V socket.
Press the main switch on; The 'voltage' indicator lamp (HOLD) will light up.
Press the ON/OFF button: the fan will begin to rotate and the fan indicator lamp (FAN) will light up.
By pressing the MODE button one or more times, you can set the heater to half of full power or select just fan. The
indicator lamp for the chosen mode will light up as follows:
I = 1000 Watt heating (half power)
II = 2000 Watt heating (full power)
FAN = just ventilation
Press the ON/OFF button again in order to switch the heater off. When you have been using the device to provide heat, it
will cool off for 30 seconds before switching off entirely. During cooling, the FAN indicator lamp will flash on and off. Once
the cooling period has come to an end and the 'FAN' signal light has gone off, press the main switch to turn off and
remove the plug from the socket. The signal light 'voltage' will continue to be illuminated until the main switch has been
released.
Timer:
The heater is equipped with a timer which can be used to set a specific operational period. Press the timer button
(TIMER) once you have selected a particular mode: by pressing once, you are setting a working time of half an hour;
each time you press again, half an hour will be added, up to a maximum of 7.5 hours. The corresponding indicator lamps
will light up:
0.5h
1h
0.5h + 1h
And so on up to a maximum of 7.5 hours.
Once the set period has passed, the heater will switch off automatically.
The mode can be changed during operation. If you wish to turn off the device before the set time has been reached,
simply press the ON/OFF button. The heater will now switch off, after any 30 second cooling off period.
bracket on top of the heater (see diagram)
with the short side against the wall. Mark
the location of the hole on the wall and
remove the heater. Drill a hole at the
marked spot and insert a plug. Now hang
the heater in place and screw the bracket
to the wall, as shown in the diagram. The
heater is now installed.
