removing packaging, check the appliance for damage or other signs that could
indicate a fault/defect/malfunction. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance,
but contact your vendor for inspection or replacement.

aforementioned warnings in this manual
Check that the control knob (Sub-heat 1500) / main switch (Sub-heat 2000) is
set to 'OFF' (O).
Fully extend the power cord and plug into a suitable 220-240V socket. To
prevent the circuit overloading, check that no other appliances are connected to
the same group.

Set-up and Operation

Sub-heat 1500:
Turn the thermostat knob to maximum (as far as possible in the clockwise
direction)
Operate the heater by turning the control knob to one of the three settings:
500, 1000 or 1500 Watts. The check light will now burn.
As soon as the space has reached the required temperature, turn back the
temperature knob slowly until you hear a click. The heater will switch off and
the check light will go out. The temperature has now been set and the heater
will retain this by switching on and off intermittently.
You can activate the oscillation function by setting the oscillation switch to I,
you can switch it off again by setting it to O.
To switch the heater off, you must first switch off the oscillation function and
then set the control knob to 'O' (off). Make sure that you then remove the plug
from the socket.
Sub-heat 2000:
Set the main switch to I (on).
Pressing the on/off switch a will activate
the ventilator. The ventilator symbol and
the current temperature will appear on
the display.
With the buttons b (higher) and c (lower) you can now set the required
temperature, to max. 35°C. If the set temperature is higher than the current
temperature, then the heater will start operating. Symbol d will then light up:
the heater is working at half power. If you set the temperature to a much higher
value than the current temperature, then a second d symbol will light up: the
heater is working at full power. Once display has shown the set temperature for
a few seconds, then it will return to the current temperature.
