Connection of the fault message output:
If DIP switch 3 is set to 'On', the alarm relay is energised in case of high water. An external alarm
device can then be switched via terminals X5-1 and X5-3 (normally open contact). Alternatively an
external device can be switched via terminals X5-1 and X5-2 (opener contact). The control voltage
must be connected to terminal X5-1 and the potential-free changeover contact is max. loadable with
230V / I=5A.
ATTENTION!
Close the cover of the electrical connection compartment before inserting the mains plug of the
control panel.
Operating procedure in service mode
Emptying the pump sump:
Press
Note:
Please note that the pumps must be vented after filling the pump sump.
Control software settings :
/
Forced draining / pump start after 24 hr standstill time.
/
Alternating operation after each pumping process.
/
Power failure alarm acoustic and optical (battery required).
/
Runtime monitoring:
After 60 minutes of continuous operation the system automatically switches over
to the second pump. If this process is repeated, an alarm / error message follows
(flashing red light on the corresponding pump). The pumps are not switched off.
Attention!
Please note that the pumps are designed for intermittent S3 operation and that the 60 minutes
continuous operation can only be achieved under certain operating conditions. For example,
the switch-on point of the pumps must be set so high that the motors can be operated in the
medium, and the medium temperature does not exceed 40 °C.
/
In case of low power consumption, a mandatory alarm is acknowledged after 30 seconds
of operation. This error is indicated by a flashing function (high frequency in yellow) on the
corresponding pump. The pumps are not switched off.
/
If the current consumption is too high, an alarm is triggered which must be acknowledged. The
pumps are not switched off.
/
Manual operation; automatic changeover from manual operation to automatic operation after 5
minutes.
