Application

The FLOW Control panel KBN: FLOWSAN serves as pump control for two FLOW
TP12 or two FLOW TP30-OS pumps.
Note:
If necessary, the pump control can be changed to single pump operation by intervening in the
basic DIP switch settings - see Section 10 "Technical notes for service personnel".

The control panel is equipped with a power supply cable with Schuko plug, two side Schuko
plugs for direct connection of two pumps, a rocker switch to select two FLOW TP12 pumps or
two FLOW TP30-OS, and three plugs to connect a FLOW level control kit.

In order to provide security against unnoticed flooding in case of power failure, the control
unit has a battery compartment for a mains-independent alarm which can be retrofitted with a
9 Volt NiMH rechargeable battery (see Accessories KBN: Q56722BV).
Note:
A standard non-rechargeable battery is not suitable or allowed.
ATTENTION!
Direct connection of the pumps is made via two Schuko plugs on the side.
Pre-assembled for connection of two CONEL pumps type FLOW TP12-N, TP12-A (230V~ / 1.6 A /
0.36 kW) or FLOW TP30OS (230V~ / 3.6 A / 0.8 kW).
In the case of contravention or use of other pumps the warranty is rendered void.
ATTENTION!
Direct connection of the level sensors available as accessories is made via the three marked plugs on
the underside of the housing.
Pre-assembled for the connection of a FLOW level control kit Float switch KBN FLOWNSS10 or
FLOW level control kit broken finger KBN FLOWNKS10.
In the case of contravention or use of other level sensors the warranty is rendered void.
